We took a family outing to the state fair. You might remember last year's trip. Fun times.

This year, it was All About Kate. We happened to go on $1 ride night, which was much cheaper than $14 dollar ride night, so she got the chance to experience nearly every ride in the kid area plus a fun house or two.

Kate even won an Elmo for popping two balloons with some darts. She might be a carnie yet...

Carrie and Ebenezer

Ben and Carrie (of Howie and the Pit Crew fame) are welcoming Baby Bost #2 next week. So far, I only have the childs initials - EBB. I'm pretty sure that the middle name is Benjamin, but I remain stumped on the first. So. I am forced to stick with "Ebenezer" until the big reveal.

Kim hosted one of the. best. bunco. nights. ever. We all showed up in our Survivor best - two teams of brown and burgundy. It was a night filled with challenge after challenge after pie-eating challenge.

Miles and Zack - A Playdate

Kate has a friend named Ryan at preschool who has a brother just a bit older than Miles. Their mom, Laurel, and I took the siblings on a playdate. We met up at Starbucks and then ran amok at the mall.

Why, yes! That is a new shirt straight from the Gap's sale rack. We had a "chocolate milk incident" earlier in the morning.

Nothin' Says "Relax" Like A Lot Of Women In Bunkbeds

Our church's women's retreat was this last weekend and 70ish of us made the 3+ hour drive to Williams and Lost Canyon.
