A Random Act Of Kindness

Kate just got a very sweet package in the mail. In the interest of full disclosure, I will tell you that I debated opening it for quite a while. I even ripped off part of one corner before stopping myself. Confession is good for the soul.
Anyway, when Kate got home from school she tore into it and behold! My friend, Kristi, made her the most awesome shirt on the planet.

Last Wednesday, Kristi's daughter, Coco, was wearing one and I remarked (a lot) about how special it was. Turns out, Kristi made them for all of Coco's friends at her last birthday party. I said all sorts of silly things about how I was going to make one for Kate, but alas, she must know me well enough to realize that that was really not going to happen. So! Kristi made one for Kate. It was the most wonderful surprise and Kate is esctatic about it. Thank you!

ps - when did Kate's hair get so curly??? I love it.

Would you like our address or do you need us to pick Grace's shirt up? :) Love it. So cute!

Glad she (and you) liked it! It's always fun to get something in the mail. :)

For the record, the shirts were for Gracie's birthday sleepover friends in lieu of loot.

Seriously, I want one with my name on it. You know where I live. ;)
