That's what Kate said last night as I tucked her into bed.
Katie found this sweet license plate for you in Chicago. Awesome!
Well, here you go, crazy girl... your year in review... January - our trip to Knott's Berry Farm while Daddy was in India February - your first Suns game
March - you did a project about planets for school
April - Michael and Sarah's wedding May - this was your first year as a Awana Cubbie
June - the last day of preschool
The Fourth of July
In August we had to say goodbye to our friends and we miss them like crazy!
September - a new year starts with Mrs. Deb
October - your obsession with Belle continues
November - a trip to the recycling plant with Grace and the rest of your class
December. Your fifth birthday. You are spunky. A fabulous big sister. You love to tease, but cannot stand to be teased. You want to learn to read more than anything. Your memory amazes me. You are a very good gymnast who's almost mastered that back walk over thingy. You love Jesus. You have a heart for kids who need your help and you lovingly offer it without being asked. You get shy in certain moments and have to dig deep to talk to people at times. Daddy and I adore you and are learning from you and are being shaped as parents by you. God has big plans for your life and we are glad that we are part of it.
Love,
Mom and Dad
